Both the wool fill and the organic cotton cover are GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified — the most rigorous organic textile standard in the world. Certification covers the entire chain: how the fiber is produced, how it's washed and processed, and how the finished pillow is manufactured, with zero synthetic pesticides, chlorine bleach, formaldehyde, or chemical flame retardants at any stage. Many "organic" pillows certify only the cover; ours is certified fiber to finish.
How do I adjust the firmness?
Unzip the cover and add or remove wool fill by hand — it takes about two minutes. Remove fill for a softer, lower pillow (stomach sleepers), keep the factory level for medium support (back sleepers), or compress and add fill for firm, high-loft support (side sleepers). Spare fill stores in the included cotton bag, so you can re-adjust any time. If you love a very firm pillow, add an extra bag of wool fill to your order.
