WHY DELARA WORKS BETTER
Merino wool naturally adapts to your body temperature, keeping you warm when cool and cool when warm for balanced sleep all night.
Merino wool absorbs moisture before feeling damp, helping keep you dry and comfortable at night. It's also naturally resistant to odors and bacteria.
Merino wool naturally resists dust mites, mold, and bacteria. GOTS-certified and free from harsh chemicals, it's ideal for sensitive skin.
Merino wool is renewable, biodegradable, and lower impact than synthetic fills. Our GOTS certification ensures responsible sourcing from farm to product.
Delara’s all-season Merino wool comforter is backed by GOTS, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and Woolmark certifications for trusted quality, safety, and performance.
Merino wool naturally regulates temperature and moisture, helping hot sleepers stay comfortable all night. Our 300 GSM weight delivers balanced sleep without overheating.
We chose a 400-thread-count organic cotton sateen shell for its smooth, noiseless feel and ability to prevent fiber escape while maintaining the natural breathability of Merino wool.
Our 300 GSM all-season comforter provides balanced year-round warmth for most climates, while the 500 GSM winter weight offers extra insulation for colder environments and cold sleepers.

CERTIFIED & VERIFIED
We have three—not just one—of the most rigorous independent certifications in the textile industry.
This duvet is filled with 100% sterilized and hypoallergenic Merino wool, providing comfort, safety, and natural temperature regulation year-round.
The Merino wool fibers adjust to your body’s natural heat, keeping you warm in winter and cool in warmer months, ensuring a comfortable sleep environment.
The duvet insert is encased in 400 TC sateen weave organic cotton, which is smooth, breathable, and noiseless for a luxurious feel.
Yes, both the sterilized wool fill and OEKO-TEX® & GOTS-certified cotton fabric make it safe and gentle for all skin types.
This duvet is available in twin, queen, and king sizes to suit a variety of beds and bedroom styles.
Merino wool is a premium natural fiber known for its breathability, moisture-wicking, and temperature-regulating properties. It helps keep you warm when it’s cool and releases excess heat when it’s warm, creating a more balanced sleep environment.
Yes. This duvet features a 3-in-1 modular design, allowing you to use:
The lighter insert for warmer months, the medium insert for mild or transitional seasons, or combine both for colder weather.
This flexibility makes it suitable for year-round use and changing room temperatures.
The individual inserts are ideal for bedrooms between 60–75°F, depending on which layer you use. When combined, the duvet is well-suited for cooler rooms below 65°F. Wool naturally adapts to your environment rather than trapping heat.
No. Merino wool provides warmth without excessive weight. The fill is evenly distributed to feel comfortably insulating, not dense or suffocating like some traditional duvets.
Yes — many hot sleepers prefer wool because it absorbs and releases moisture vapor, helping prevent overheating. While it’s not “cooling,” it actively helps regulate temperature throughout the night.
Wool is naturally resistant to dust mites and helps manage moisture, which can create a cleaner sleep environment. Combined with organic processing, this makes it a good option for many allergy-sensitive sleepers.
GOTS certification ensures the wool is organically sourced and responsibly processed, meeting strict environmental and social standards without harmful chemicals.
No. The wool fill is quiet and flexible, and the inserts are designed to stay evenly distributed. When paired with a duvet cover that has internal ties, the duvet remains securely in place.
We recommend spot cleaning when possible and using a duvet cover to protect it. For deeper cleaning, follow care instructions carefully — typically gentle washing or professional cleaning to preserve the wool fibers.
Unlike down or synthetic fills, wool naturally regulates temperature and moisture without trapping heat. It’s also biodegradable, breathable, and performs well across a wider range of room conditions.

"I am enjoying my wool duvet. It is light and free of feathers. No bunching in the duvet cover. I will enjoy this during the summer months in the Florida panhandle and when temperatures drop in the winter. It took sometime for the delivery but I received constant messages from Delara."
"Very comfortable duvet insert. Not too lightweight or heavy. The quality is great and it is very breathable paired with a linen duvet cover. Would recommend."
"Great loft, generous size, perfect for all year round and comfortable:"
"Breathable, best quality and temperature control I’ve found!"
"Beautifully made with excellent quality. LOVE the hard-to-find 8 tabs for securing my duvet cover. Highly recommend."
"We've used our organic cotton air duvet now for a little over a month. we like it well enough - does seem like it keeps us cooler at night. we've taken it to the dry cleaners and have not noticed any difference in the fill. I like that it's bigger than our last duvet because my husband is a cover hog."
"Love this duvet insert. So light and comfortable and feels really clean. Very happy with it."
"Perfect! I was really worried it would be too warm or not warm enough. I read reviews on this brand and several others. This seemed to be my best option because I can switch them out or use them together. It is still getting into the high 80s here and the all season layer is what we are currently using. It will probably be enough for the winter months, we rarely get below freezing. I may use the light layer during the summer months. I am usually a very hot sleeper and wake up drenched to the point of having to shower but so far I have had no problems with getting too hot. Will probably be purchasing for our grown children as well. This is our first wool duvet, really glad I went with this one!"
"We've only been using the wool 3 in 1 duvet insert for a week or so, and I'm already so glad I purchased it. We are using the all season insert as it's fall now, and I love it. We don't sweat like we did prior to using this wool insert. We still get a tad warm sometimes but nowhere near as bad as before we started using this wool duvet insert. The cotton material of the wool duvet insert, the cotton of the duvet cover, along with the cotton of the flat sheet seems hold it all together and the bed doesn't seem to get as crumpled and messy as it did with mixed fabrics (cotton & polyester). I am looking forward to trying the summer insert in my duvet next year. I'm donating my polyester insert. If you're on the fence, make the leap and get one."
"Love this. Researched many different brands, didn’t want to pay $500 and also didn’t want cheap plastic fill. This was the best option, no chemicals, organic cotton, works perfect inside my new linen duvet. I love warmth level options so I’m comfortable all year round"
We create calm, sleep-first essentials using natural materials, made to feel good night after night.
