Ans. All available sizes are shown on our website. We are always working on expanding our assortment to include new sizes. While we don’t have visibility into the exact launch dates, you can check the website periodically. Q. How do I wash my Delara machine washable rug? Are there any specific care instructions?

Ans. To clean your Delara rug, shake off the debris and machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water using mild detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and overloading the washer. Air dry flat or tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron or dry clean.

Q. Can all sizes be washed in a standard-sized home washer?

Ans. Pl check the listing description for the washer size required for each size. Your standard home washer is 3.5 to 5 cubic feet

Q. Can I use any type of detergent to wash the rug?

Ans. We recommend using a mild, non-bleach detergent to wash your Delara rug. Avoid harsh chemicals, fabric softeners, or bleach, as they can affect the rug’s coating and durability.

Q. Why do the colors of the Delara rug appear different across website images, and which image best represents the true colors?

Ans. We intend to accurately depict the true color in all our online photos; however, some colors may slightly vary across different pictures. The product photos (on a white background) will most accurately reflect the rug's true colors. You can also check the color notes on each rug.

Q. Can I purchase the Delara rug without the accompanying pad?

Ans. Delara rug can be purchased without a rug pad- it has an anti-slip backing- each Delara rug also comes with 4 rug grippers so you do not need to install a rug pad.

Q. What makes the Delara rug spillproof, and is it safe for all surfaces?

Ans. Our rugs feature a water-based coating similar to those used in medical and outdoor apparel. This coating creates a barrier that keeps oils, stains, and liquids from seeping into the fabric.

Q. Can I vacuum my Delara rug, and are there any specific vacuuming instructions?

Ans. Yes, you can vacuum your Tumble on the lowest setting (without use of a beater brush). Avoid vacuuming the sewn edges of the rug.
